I painted the backgrounds on page 170 and recorded the session. There are a few times I hit some glitches but overall you can see my painting process.

I'm pretty proud of my art but several people have said my art isn't good enough. What does that mean? Who am I being compared to that I need tobe as good as? I use a lot of different camera angles and it's clear what's happening. What more do you want?

This chapter is ending on page 81, so for the next chapter I'm thinking of changing my art style to a more cartoon abstract look. I don't want to do a comic book or realistic style, so I'll try something that I do like. I hope the new style is what this comic needs to receive greater acceptance with the readers.

Let me know what you what to see in the future that will improve your enjoyment of the comic.

On Saturday October 18, I took up the 24 hour comic challenge and created a 24 page webcomic in 24 hours, working from midnight on Friday to Midnight on Saturday. You can see the complete comic at my special 24 hour comic website.

It's the story of a woman with a mysterious past who is confronted by some gangsters who are trying to buy her house. There is lots of action as she tries to protect her home so go check it out.

Because I only had 24 hours (actually less then that since I fell asleep for a few hours), the art style is simple and it's all in B&W but it looks pretty good if I do say so myself. I know I'd never be able to pull something like this off a few years ago, so I'm proud of my accomplishment. I hope you like it.
